About Mason Duchatschek

There’s a verse that says, “You’ll know them by their fruit.”

That may be one of the simplest ways to understand Mason Duchatschek.

He has set two official Guinness World Records.

He ran his first marathon at 15, later completed a 100-mile ultramarathon, and went on to finish multiple Ironman triathlons.

He has walked barefoot across hot coals at a Tony Robbins event, jumped out of airplanes, bungee jumped, and, before they were banned on lakes, once “flew” about 30 feet above the water behind a boat in a Kite Tube.

He has written ten books, traveled to eight countries, and is currently learning Spanish, partly because he believes being a beginner at something is a good way to stay humble.

There’s a common thread running through all of it.

Curiosity.

He is comfortable being uncomfortable, finishes things, and keeps learning. He explores what’s possible when comfort and convention aren’t allowed to make all the decisions.

That’s also why organizations bring Mason in to speak.

He doesn’t simply talk about performance, leadership, resilience, hiring, or workplace culture. He brings a lifetime of unusual experiences, more than three decades of working with business leaders, and a deep curiosity about human potential into the room.

The goal isn’t to impress people with what he has done.

It’s to help them think differently about what they can do next.

For more than 30 years, Mason has worked with thousands of business owners, CEOs, executives, and leadership teams, from family-owned businesses to organizations such as Miller Brewing, Purina Mills, and Land O’Lakes, helping them make better people decisions and build teams capable of performing at a higher level.

He is fascinated by why some people and organizations thrive while others, often with similar opportunities and resources, quietly drift.

That fascination led him to become an author, consultant, and host of The Workforce Alchemy Show, where he talks with accomplished leaders, entrepreneurs, authors, and innovators about the experiences and ideas that shaped their success.

It also led him to create WorkforceAlchemy.com, where he helps employers identify the people, practices, and hidden workforce issues that can accelerate, or quietly undermine, business performance.

Mason’s message is ultimately about possibility backed by action.

He gives audiences practical strategies and tactics they can use, but also something harder to put on a worksheet: perspective, encouragement, and a reason to expect more from themselves.

Because whether someone is building a company, leading a team, pursuing an ambitious goal, or simply trying to become a better version of themselves, Mason believes the same question is worth asking:

What might be possible if you stopped letting comfort decide what happens next?
